A pregnant woman shows some strong early symptoms of pregnancy that can help with diagnosis of pregnancy. These early pregnancy symptoms include swelling of the breasts, breast tenderness, and nausea with occasional vomiting, excessive fatigue, and abdominal enlargement. Moreover she will go for frequent urination during night time. Then there will be some occasional leaking of urine with cough, laugh or sneezing.

Upon careful observation she will give out some other sure shot symptoms of pregnancy like random rise in body temperature and pregnancy mask. The term pregnancy mask refers to the process of darkening of the forehead skin, cheekbones and bridge of the nose, darkening of the areolas and creation of a distinct line from the central abdomen to the pubic area.
