Why don’t I have pregnancy symptoms yet?

Getting Pregnant
I am 5 weeks pregnant but not having symptoms. I was having mild cramps for awhile but that is gone. I also had that metallic taste in my mouth for a few days but that has passed too.
Shouldn’t I be feeling more? Should I worry that the cramps and metallic taste are gone?

Honey, I was five weeks pregnant, and I did not feel anything, I did not even know I was pregnant, until I was 6 to 8 weeks, and even then, I did not feel anything.
I started to feel my daughter when I was 12 weeks pregnant, I felt the “flutters” for the first time!!!!
Just do not worry, it goes by fast, and you will be feeling your wonderful blessing soon, in a few weeks, just continue to get your rest, see your doctor on a regular basis, and eat right, and get your exercise!!!!!
I am sorry I sound like a mom, but I have been there and done that, and now my “baby” is 11, and will be 12 on July 12th!!!!!

No you may still be to early I didn’t get anything till 6 or 7 weeks except for a sore chest. Then came the m/s it only lasted 3 weeks. Don’t stress you don’t always have to have the symptoms to be pregnant Congrats

no i didnt even have symptoms till i was around 6 weeks. i didnt even think a metallic taste was a symptom and i have never heard of it being one. dont worry you’ll get symptoms soon enough. enjoy it while it lasts cuz for the next couple months a big white bowl is going to be ur best friend.

some people get no symptoms. and some people get some symptoms later than average or sooner than average. every pregnancy is different and it is nothing to worry over.
